Directory listings
FixNearMe makes reasonable efforts to verify state contractor licensing, insurance, and contact information for every listed pro, and we re-verify annually. However, FixNearMe is a directory, not a contractor — we do not perform any home service work, we are not a party to any contract you enter into with a listed pro, and we make no warranty as to the quality, timeliness, price, or outcome of any work performed.
Quote requests
By submitting a quote request, you authorize FixNearMe to share the information in your request with up to three matched pros in your ZIP code. You consent to those pros contacting you by phone, email, or text in response to your request.
Disclaimer of warranties
FixNearMe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FixNearMe disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FixNearMe's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
