Enhanced listings (a flat monthly fee, no per-lead pricing) add badges, photos, priority response routing on quote requests, and a featured slot in your top three city pages.

Free basic listing: $0/month. Enhanced listing: $99/month, no per-lead fees, cancel any time. We never charge per lead and we never share leads with multiple pros for the same job — the homeowner picks who they want to receive their request.
What we require from listed pros
To be listed on FixNearMe, you must hold a current state contractor license appropriate to your trade and service area, carry active general liability insurance, maintain a working business phone number, and respond to homeowner quote requests within four business hours. Listings are subject to removal for repeated complaints, license lapse, or review-fraud violations.
How to apply
Email pros@fixnearme.example with your business name, license number, state, and contact details. New listings go live within five business days of successful license verification. We'll never charge you anything until your enhanced listing is live and matched leads are being delivered.
