What we collect
FixNearMe collects only the information you give us. When you submit a quote request, we collect your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, and the service description you provided. When you contact us by email, we collect the contents of your message. We use standard server logs to record IP addresses, user-agent strings, and pages visited for security and analytics purposes.
How we use your information
Quote-request information is shared only with the up to three pros you have explicitly requested a quote from. We do not sell your information to telemarketers, lead aggregators, or any third party. We do not use your information for any purpose other than connecting you with the pros you have requested.
Cookies & analytics
FixNearMe uses standard, privacy-respecting analytics to measure aggregate traffic and improve the site. We do not run cross-site advertising trackers and we do not sell user-level analytics data.
Your rights
You may request a copy of any personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of any future communications by emailing privacy@fixnearme.example. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, and Virginia have additional rights under their state consumer-privacy laws — please reference the applicable law in your request and we'll respond within the legally required timeframe.
